This property, operating under the FabHotels brand, uses misleading practices that appear to be common across the entire FabHotels network. After booking via Booking.com, I received emails disguised as official Booking.com messages, pressuring me to pay an advance or face automatic cancellation. The emails were designed to look like official Booking.com communications, which led me to make the payment. Upon arrival, the hotel refused to accommodate me because I am a foreigner, citing “legal issues” that were never disclosed in the listing. No refund or proper solution was offered. Instead, staff attempted to send me with a random street intermediary to an unacceptable substitute hotel in some neglected area. This pattern suggests a coordinated practice rather than an isolated incident and poses a serious risk to international travelers. Booking.com should review and remove FabHotels listings. Pure filth. Avoid at all costs.
