Atrium Platinum Resort & Spa

Very clean, pool area is great. Lots of facilities, food is good and staff are lovely

Is not near the best beach and there isn’t a lot around apart from the other big hotels.

מלון מצוין, נמצא ממש קרוב לעיר רודוס ( כ- 10 דקות נסיעה באוטו). מלון נמצא קרוב לים על הגבעה. נוף ממש יפה כשבאים למלון. חדרים מרווחים ונקיים. בעת הגעתנו לחדר חיכה לנו בקבוק יין, פלטת פרות ושני בקבוקי מים. צוות מדהים, מאוד שרותי. פעם אחד היה רעש של התיקונים מאחד החדרים, לאחר שהתלוננו - קיבלנו מכתב התנצלות ובקבוק שמפניה עם פלטת פרות. ניקו וסידרו את החדר כל יום ואת המיטה אפילו אח״צ. כל יום הביאו בקבוקי מים חדשים בחינם. במלון יש כמה בריכות, אך בתחילת האוקטובר כבר היו מים מאוד קרים אז לא יצא לנו להנות כל כך מהן. בשטח הבריכה החיצונית יש 2 מסעדות ובר. יש עוד מסעדות בקומה אחרונה חוץ מחדר האוכל הראשי. לקחנו רק ארוחת הבוקר, אז לא יכולה לחוות דעה לגבי האוכל בצהרים ובערב, אך ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד טובה, טעימה ומגוונת. בכביש הראשי ליד המלון יש תחנת אוטובוס, סופר מרקט ועוד חנויות וטברנות. מיקום ממש מוצלח.

ישנה בריכה מקורה עם גאקוזי אך המים בבריכה קרים. יש 2 מעליות ראשיות וקצת איטיות, היינו ב off season אז לא כל כך הרגשנו את זה, לא בטוחה שזה נוח כשיש הרבה יותר אנשים. מלון ממוקם לא צמוד לחוף אלא על הגבעה, זה אומר שצריך לעלות ולרדת אם רוצים ללכת לים. היה לנו לרכב, אז פחות הפריע המרחק . במלון יש חניון אך לא גדול במיוחד, לנו זה הסתדר - לא יודעת מה קורה בתקופה עמוסה. ייתכן ויש חניון נוסף, אך לא בדקנו. כריות היו פחות נוחות ומרשרשות.

The food was exceptional. Amazing. We took the all inclusive deal and it was totally worth it. Visited the la carte restaurants and enjoy it very very much

We took the executive family suite with the private pool. We took it on the basis of what was written on the site - that the pool is heated. In practice the pool felt cold to us. Not freezing but cold enough to the point we didn’t use it. It was October and there was 21 degrees outside. It wasn’t warm enough to make us enjoy inside. The hotel is not to blame though because of the weather outside. They just have to let the visitors know the max degrees the pool can be heated to. (Which they told us there - 24 max) That was a big disappointment to us Because we paid extra for that and didn’t use it.

I had an absolutely perfect vacation at Atrium Platinum. The hotel is stunning, spotless, and so well maintained. Everything runs smoothly and you can really feel how much care they put into every detail. The staff is beyond amazing - everyone is kind, warm, and always happy to help with a genuine smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely taken care of. The atmosphere, the food, the service - everything was just flawless. Thank you for making my stay truly unforgettable.
