Incredible spread for breakfast - but beware the Milk does not taste like the Milk in the UK. So if you have a baby that uses full fat milk, you may have to use alternatives. On Thursdays (whilst we were there), they have a fresh fish day, where they take fish direct from the market and cook it for the dinner. We got the pleasure of seeing a fresh tuna being cut in the restaurant for extremely fresh tuna steaks.

4th floor rooms although fantastic with views etc, lets in a lot of noise from the corridor which can wake children from their naps.

The staff was kind and provided a baby bath and baby cot. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The weather was very windy and cold when we visited and we only found out upon arrival that the indoor pool is adults only which was very disappointing. However the whole time we were there during our stay the indoor pool was empty. A major point of our trip was to utilize the pool with our baby which we were unable to do. It should have been advertised that the indoor pool is for adults only.

Everything about this hotel was immaculate, and beautiful. It was pristine clean, the staff were out of world and the rooms / view were breathtaking. The food was 11/10 and felt like absolute luxury. The spa was amazing too we had the best indian head massage ever had with lovely maria! The waiters and waitresses were so tentative and kind- A special shout out to Armando, Ami, and Liza. The food was some of the best food we have ever tasted and we will 100% be coming back! It was spotless and like a brand new hotel! also a lovely walk along the beach from old town, the sunset views from this hotel were another level. Thank you for the most wonderful stay.

Very friendly staff, great pools and gym.

The stay at the hotel was more than excellent. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped with a wonderful private pool. The hotel facilities are excellent. Lots of treats. Excellent location, a few minutes drive to the center, the old city and the port area.. We would definitely like to return.

Absolutely nothing

Best staff ever, all of them just want you to be happy abd satisfied with your stay. Breakfast was excellent and flavored and delicious.

The hotel as building is little bit old.

Caring staff who are very kind with kids and helping as much as possible. Private pool with beautiful view. Variety of foods, mostly fresh and of high quality. Nice location.

Some staff working in the restaurant are visibly under stress and look unhappy. Bed was not as comfortable as it could be. Decoration of the rooms is quite flashy.

The choice of food at the buffet or a la carte and in different style restaurants was excellent - the quality and the variety. We enjoyed the indoor pool because it was almost always empty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The indoor pool hours could have been longer.
