The complete ambience and the staff attitude was too bad… We booked two rooms for 5 people and i received the confirmation. Then after they confirmed i called them to inform my timings and payment i told them i will do now …first they told me ok , then they told me pay at the property…. When i reach the room for 5 people wasn’t ready… when i asked them the staff said kindly please adjust because we don’t have hose keeper available… can you please tell me if payed more than 5000 rupees then again i need to adjust ? When i asked them about the bill also , they told me download from the app? The hotel bill do i need to download from the app ? You can check my booking history i booked several places and different countries and i don’t have any issues except this … washroom without tissues .. finally he arranged a bed without blankets…. It was a complete disaster…

Room is good

Hotel is locating near to the bar and drunkards are wandering around...no proper care is taking about the room as hot water wasn't available and foschet was not working while we entered into the room...They couldn't supply hot water even after 12 hours..
