Right from check in at the hotel the service is par excellence, Food Is Delicious. Restaurant Supervisor Mr. Arindam Is exceptionally good. The Team at Restaurant is exceptional with again excellent service by Mr. Simran, Miss Poonam & Miss pushpa .

After a long time I got some knowledgeable person in your front desk. Mr. Abhishek knew the guest exact requirements and he fulfilled it effortlessly. Mr. Arindam is very well trained well mannered restaurant staff. He is too good to talk and he give his 100% to make all guest happy. Mr. Samiran is very good trained staff know what guest requires and full fill everyone’s need. Because of these three people my stay here was very easy. The rest of the staff needs proper training because of their limitation of knowledge or how to behave with guests, and how to do work fast and proper. Req proper cleaning in rooms specially bathrooms and req proper bathing towels. Overall good experience.

Good pleasant stay. Good check out by Abhishek. Well done. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast option were good, however the omlettes were made ready for the guest and it was cold. Look out at this areas please. Rest all was fine.

I booked my stay with a third-party online platform and they made my confirmation saying check-in time to be noon having gone to the reception, besides their knowledge of online platforms showing the wrong time of 12 instead of 2, they did not feel responsible for informing us by any sort in advance or even mere apologizing for their error. There was no sense of greeting customers or a smile at the reception, the reception team was busy with their jokes with their senior or manager regardless of the guests in their presence, extremely unprofessional behavior. The food was good, and the only reason for my stay was the d-luxe room view overlooking the whole city. The staff member Anjum was quite helpful, besides all staff members need a serious training of how to greet and not to be rude to the paying customers besides being them at fault.
