T7 LUXURY VILLAS PAROS

The suites are as modern and luxurious as advertized and we loved our stay. We were quite busy before we started our holidays and T7 is a perfect location to come down and relax. Since it is quite remote, you should consider a car. However, there is a mini market in 300 m distance that serves basic needs. The kitchen is well equipped and you can prepare your meals yourself easily. A 25 minutes walk along the kite beach will take you to Pounda - the ferry to Antiparos. There is the bus stop to Parikia (every hour during high season) and a lovely bar with friendly people and decent food.

We loved the privacy, the pool and the owners were very friendly and helpful! Loved our stay, wish we could have stayed longer!

This place is fantastic, it was my second time at T7 and again I loved everything about it. The vila is spacious, well equipped and luxurious. The view on antiparos island is really nice having diner at the terrace overlooking the pool and the view is a nice way to spent some time with friends.

We enjoyed everything, good to know though is that you need a car to get here and get around the island.

Check in was quite cold, the man was not really welcoming, but lady at the check out was nice.

Eleni and Gregory are welcoming and friendly hosts. The location is perfect if you’re after a relaxing break away from the busy crowds. Even though it’s next to the airport, you can’t hear planes at all! Easy access to the local kitesurfing beach, there’s a local shop 3 mins walk away, Aliki has a great selection of restaurants a 10 min drive away, and all other well known towns are a short and easy drive away. The villa was spacious, very well equipped, superbly clean and has a calming aura about it.

The only thing we would have liked (and this did not take away from our stay) is some temperature control for the swimming pool. On overcast days the pool was frigid, but we also understand that we visited at the end of September!

Everything is brand new, fully equipped kitchen (with Nespresso), great aircon system. We loved the outdoor shower, such a plus. We only stayed for 2 nights/1 day and could not enjoy as we wanted, unfortunately. The owners are very nice and helpful! There is a mini market 1 min from the Villa. The big villa has 2 equal rooms with outdoor shower each and private toilette each. It is really perfect for a family or couples / friends.
