Liebe und nette Personal, Lage, viele Aktivitäten für die ganze Familie, gutes Essen haben uns gefallen.

Unser Zimmer und Schwimmbecken waren nicht wirklich sauber wie sie sein sollten. Wir haben Ameisen und leider Kakerlaken im Zimmer gehabt und haben uns gestört. Trotzdem ist es empfehlenswert😅.

The size of the rooms and the amount of pools

The food was bland and my daughter got food poisoning from hot dog at the beach food truck. The limit drinks menu. The room didn’t have small things that 5 star normally does like tooth brush etc. I would have not rated it 5 stars but 4.

Lots of pools and places to hang out, eat and hang out.Really nice staff.

We had some problems with the shower, during the evenings there wasn't enough warm water, it used to run out and we had to shower with cold water which wasn't really nice.

This is a great family oriented hotel - so if you are going on family vacation, this is the right place. All kids are going to find their interest (they have activities as well for small kids, as well for teenagers). I was really surprised, how good we have felt at this hotel. Because the family oriented environment was exactly what we needed so if our kids were a little bit louder or running around, it was okay because there were many other families, that were going through the same thing :-))). Great evenings - silent disco, beach party.... it was really lot of fun and great entertainment team that always made you feel special. Kids club also great. So even if you are a single parent, they will help you to get the best out of your vacation. Also I can't forget the swimming school that was there! We had our Viki and she was the best. Everybody was super friendly. The staff always really helpful. We even extended our stay by another 5 days. Also I would definitely come back with my kids again.

The only thing that I could say is, that If you are thinking more of a couples vacay where you would be reading a book on a beach or by the pool - I guess that this would not be the right choice for you.
