"Just want to forget such experience. Horrible is the word."

Actually the management attitude couldn’t make us appreciate anything.

We called the Hotel around 5-6 pm for confirmation and to prepare the rooms. Reached the hotel around 9pm. The first impression was not pleasant at all. As we entered, there was parking challenges. we had to literally request the bellboy to help us with our luggages. as we entered, the reception, there were 4-5 staffs sitting and staring. The whole front reception floor was dirty. When commented about it, the manager replied ‘upar sey Saar Kara raha, toh Kachara toh hoga ‘ the attitude was a big turn off. Now, the usual check in process followed, what came next was. The rooms were not ready, there was not even a chair for us to sit and wait, no acknowledgement or empathy for making the customer wait. Now one room was ready, we were taken to the 1st floor, we asked which floor was it on, the reply was ‘Door is open’. We can already see what kind of training they were given. Now my team’s room wasn’t ready, and there were 4 staffs inside the rooms changing sheets, spraying the room, switching on the lights, fans etc etc As if this was all not enough to irk us, one of us commented what kind of hotel service is this, now the best part. The reply ‘ hum log Subha sey rest Nahin kiya’ ‘room clean kar raha hain hum, aap wait Karol’ This was it, we couldn’t stay at such a property with pathetic service attitude. horrible experience. The manager was no different, he was so scared about losing his room rent, and he begged us to stay and give them a chance but as he knew he had to refund, there wasn’t even a sorry again.

Place is good and rooms are spacious and comfortable

Very bad room service. I didn't even receive a glass or a bottle of drinking water even after calling the reception multiple times. Neither did they delivered the food orders on time
