The street can be a bit noisy.

The manager Aris was exceedingly helpful and tried very hard to rectify what was a disappointing stay in an otherwise lovely city. The location is good for both the harbour front and central square.

We specifically booked the queen room with the terrace and jacuzzi. On our first night it was very windy and the noise of the awning flapping kept us awake. Aris, the manager kindly took it down the next day. Unfortunately the jacuzzi is not usable. It is dirty and half full of water. If filled up with the nearby hose, there is no way to heat the water. This facility is misleadingly described. The room itself is also very small. Additionally, when we’d booked the description of the property said a continental breakfast was available (note this description has now been removed from booking .com). We enquired where we could get the breakfast and were told the cafe previously used by the property had closed and they hadn’t managed to find a replacement (I find this hard to believe in a city full of cafes). Again, Aris came to the rescue and brought a fantastic breakfast tray of pastries, fruit and yoghurt to our room on the second morning. This was greatly appreciated.

Great location

Room was too hot. Air conditioning not cooling. House keeping was at a minimum. Only cleaned toilets and stocked up on toilet paper. Bins not emptied enough times which made the bathroom and other rooms stink. This needs daily cleaning, not twice in 7 days stay

Amazing location. Room was very clean. Room was quiet(ish) even though right in town (we were worried). Great communication for check in.

Room had AC, but it was small. We had to keep it on constantly at a low temp to keep the room cool as it was a hot day. It was definitely OK. I am nit picking here.

Aris, the manager, was so kind and helpful. We came in on the 4am ferry and he was nice enough to allow us to book it for half a day so we could check in when we arrived. The location was fantastic, right near all of the restaurants, no stairs to climb other than in the building. Would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that made it difficult was that the room and bathroom were very small, but for the 3 nights we were there, it was perfectly fine.

Good location, roomy, clean, friendly, helpful owner. Great coffee next door.
