The hotel denied our booking and I booked somewhere else.

Nothing. Hotel said they informed you about this and you took no action.

Nothing I liked. Stay was horrible. Door was broken. Geyser bursted. No lift as we had to climb 4th floor. TV was not working. Towel / Bedsheet was not provided. Zero value for money hotel.

Book only if you have no other option. The hotel is located in prime area. There was a good restaurant in the ground floor which had tasty vegetarian food.

Room was not clean as shown in pics, the room smell wasn't welcoming. Not suitable for family stay. The in-charge would turn-off power supply to your room's AC connection to save electricity bill after 11PM. Most of us would think its power cut, but actually it's a trick. When we went and enquired, he said that someone must have turned it off by mistake. But later got to know that even other residents also faced this issue. Next day Morning, there was no water supply to bathroom and toilet until 9am. All the residents started shouting at receptionist/in-charge as he had been giving lethargic answers. Even police was called to resolve the issue.

Room can be bit cleaned and beds can be changed. We booked AC room and hence we escaped from mosquito..
