Such a bad experience in booking.com. when I reached hotel for checkin they denied citing non-availability of room as he had already sold my booked room to other guy. I tried to contact customer care but no to avail. Such a bad experience in this site. I swear I'll never book any room in future through ur website.

I like the privacy there.

They didn't provide any toiletries or anything as mentioned. The ac was also not working good. Little bit disappointed.
