Amazing and beautiful apartment. Everything was perfect and the attention to detail was really appreciated. Our host helped us so much and went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable. The private hot tub was an extra special luxury, we loved it.

Our stay at the Lotus Cave Villa was nothing short of spectacular. Vaggelis, our host, went above and beyond to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, his dedication to our comfort and enjoyment was evident. A helpful tip for future guests: have a notepad and pen ready on the first day to take notes on all the wonderful recommendations. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the hot tub. It was a perfect way to unwind after our adventurous day. Speaking of adventures, on our first day, we hiked from Fira to Oia. This 12 km trek, which involves some steep sections, requires good footwear and a bit of hiking experience and patience since it’s a ridge walk. We also visited the Wine Museum on the island, which was quite entertaining. However, the wine tasting afterward might not impress seasoned wine enthusiasts, though Visanto is quite delicious. The beaches in the south of the island are worth visiting mainly for the excellent fish restaurants. While Oia is famous for its sunsets, we found the sunset views from Fira particularly near the lighthouse, to be equally stunning. Our day on the catamaran was lovely, although it was too windy to enjoy bathing in the warm spring inside the crater. Unfortunately, due to the windy weather at the end of April/beginning of May, the light spectacle on Good Friday in Pyrgos was canceled. Shopping in the narrow streets of Fira and attending the wedding spectacle "The White Door" are must-do activities, as is the hike from Fira to Oia (or vice versa). The villa itself was cleaned daily, and the sofa bed was comfortable for sleeping. With two bathrooms, a rooftop terrace, a living room, and a bedroom, the villa is quite spacious. Its location is very peaceful. However, keep in mind that Santorini’s steep alleys mean that sandals or flip-flops are not ideal for navigating the terrain.

Myself and my partner stayed at the Lotus Cave Villa over the last 2 nights and 3 days, this villa was amazing so clean and tidy everyday. Their is a friendly neighbourhood cat who loved our company everyday. Mr Vaggelis helped us with everything during our stay, we can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us. He helped us book our anniversary dinner at the Andromeda Villas Restaurant which I recommend you trying and recommended the best places to see around the island. We also had a nice sunset dinner at the Esperisma Bar and Restaurant, the flavours in the dishes were amazing, I also recommend this place. He helped us book our taxi everywhere we went, honestly the most friendly taxi driver with the most funniest stories along our rides and hired a quad bike for us to explore the island. He always made sure our room was clean and he always put us first during our stay. We were in the centre of Thira which was perfect as everything was walking distance from the villa.

Superb quality villa, and very helpful support and recommendations from host Vaggelis. Good location in Fira close to the main visitor attractions and convenient for bus station for visiting other parts of the island - and as it is the other side of the main street from the busy part it was not noisy at night.
