Staffs are good & cooperative. Room was newly made, hence it was nicely decorated and clean. So it is value for money. Location is also good, very near to baidyanath temple.

Only problem is wash basin,it is so small that it is very difficult to wash your face and hands and also brash your teeth.

Staff behaviour good. Location good Food menu though limited but was tasty and served well. They have a tie up with priests for hassle free darshan.

It fails in provision of basic amenities and provisions like no tea coffee preparation facility provided, no cup, saucers and water glasses, slippers, hand towels provided. The blanket was not wrapped with bed sheet. No bed cover. The blanket was dirty and must have been used by many others before given to us for use. The room was smelling urine all the time. Wash room facility very average. Geyser was of 3 litre capacity not adequate to provide hot water for a family. Wash basin very sub standard. Comode cover not functional. They served food in over used melamine plates and cups which were not very hygienic. Breakfast menu has mostly parathas or chole bhature and nothing else.. The hotel lacks basic amenities normally expected by customers. It is more like a common lodging but not a proper Hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to outstanding service, warm hospitality, and unparalleled comfort. Our room was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed.

It’s neat and clean and no fuss. Reception was very supportive, good room service. Staff was humble and gracious.

The TV was not functional, and the AC did not heat the room as expected. I had specifically booked an AC room thinking it would provide heating, but unfortunately, it did not. Overall disappointing experience.
