The room was not clean at all.The facility which I read about online while booking the room.We got that facility after repeated requests.

At the time of booking in the booking.com site shown 3240 + 389 tax and charges total 3629/- was shown for 3 peoples for 2 nights but at the time of check in to the property they ask for extra 486 rupees as commission to booking.com weather the total amount shown to me was only 3629/- . Myself shown the mail details received from booking.com to the property but the staff in the reception was very rude and said if we are not paying the extra amount they will not give us the room and told us to cancel the booking and go. This not fair and acceptable if you are the taking the commission at the time of booking let us know about it. Kindly revert back to me for further clarification
