"Not a joyful stay."

Location

Firstly, the room allotted was on the 4th floor but the lift was out of order for the last 10 days, so every time we had to take the stairs. Secondly, breakfast doesn't even include a simple buffet. All we had was to choose between was bread toast or alu pratha. Thirdly, basic requirements such as for a towel u may have to wait for 2 whole days. The washroom was not properly cleaned before checking in.
