Boutique Hotel Placa

The hotel is well positioned, it's easy to get there by foot. There's a parking lot available at 400m distance which is large and easy enough to find park, the staff suggested us to park there and took care of the payment. The room is clean and offers enough space for luggage and a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at one of the cafè very close to the hotel, and we had the possibility to choose from different breakfast options. The hotel is also close to Porporela Beach, which can be reached in about a 10-minute walk and has a lovely pine grove that provides shade from the sun. Recommended!

Lepo urejeno, prijazno osebje.

Die Unterkunft wurde mit einem inkludierten Parkplatz beworben. Vor Ort stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass sich dieser Parkplatz rund 400 Meter entfernt befindet. Dieser wesentliche Umstand war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich. Da ich erst kürzlich (im Dezember bzw. März) an beiden Hüften operiert wurden, war es nicht zumutbar, diese Strecke mit Gepäck zurückzulegen. Zudem besteht keine Möglichkeit, mit dem Fahrzeug direkt vor das Hotel zu fahren. Das Gepäck muss etwa 100 Meter zu Fuß getragen werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, die Unterkunft unmittelbar nach der Ankunft nicht zu beziehen. Die Unterkunftsgeberin hat uns selbst empfohlen, die Buchung über Booking.com zu stornieren. Nachdem wir dies getan hatten, verlangte sie dennoch den vollen Übernachtungspreis. Zusätzlich wurden wir im Nachhinein telefonisch in unhöflicher und unangemessener Weise beschimpft. Unser Eindruck war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die fehlende Transparenz hinsichtlich der Parksituation sowie der Umgang mit Gästen entsprechen aus unserer Sicht nicht einem professionellen Service. Daher können wir diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

Mooie schone kamer met een heerlijk bed.

De bereikbaarheid van het hotel. Er staat een bordje op de grond met de naam. Dit kan wat opvallender en duidelijker. Het valt ook niet op dat dit een hotel is je komt door een soort achterdeur binnen.

A wonderful one‑night stay. Despite being in the vibrant old town with a riva promenade almost around the corner, the apartment feels peaceful and cosy inside, with lovely artwork on the walls that creates a warm atmosphere. We felt very welcome. It is possible to get close by car and the parking lot just a short walk nearby is included.

If you go there for the first time, be ready for a bit of challenge when looking for the place as the property is surrounded by one-way streets. We got the best result with the following navigation "Šetalište Svetog Bernardina 8, Krk". For parking options, contact the property.

Lovely boutique hotel and the room designed and decorated to perfection! Nice cute terrace to relax! Amazing host who was very pleasant and always smiling! Can't wait to return back and stay here!

Nothing from the boutique hotel! Everything was perfect! I would rate the room and stay 10/10! However, since the option for breakfast was selected as part of the booking, I would like to highlight my experience for the breakfast place called 'Harry's gelato and coffee shop'. One could tell that one of their waitors was not a fan of hotel paid-voucher breakfasts (may be because he does not get tips). I found him extremely rude on the first day! He just gave menu and no instructions in terms of what's included! He came to take the order and then says in a rude way you can only get this or that, otherwise you pay! Anyways as part of my order, I told him I didn't want butter, and he still brought it! When he came to take the plates, he saw that I hadn't used the butter, and he rolled his eyes and frown! At that point, I told him, I think you must have misunderstood and I said 'no extra butter'. Oh well...it's just butter I guess... Fortunately, on the second day, the owner Harris took the order instead of the grumpy arrogant waitor! It was noted that the portions varied on both days for the same items! Additionally, the options for breakfast wasn't that great!

Nella colazione che si consuma in un bar a 10 metri dall hotel ti offrono 1 succo,1 bevanda calda ed 1 piatto a scelta dal menu( quello e' abbondante) Hotel 4 stelle ma non è da 4 stelle,manca shampo e balsamo in bagno ,camera molto piccola e bagno senza bidet, frigo bar vuoto, offrono solo caffè solubile e 2 bustie da the di cui una era già aperta
