- good location on mall road and can see the lake view - you can sit on the outdoor balcony all day with the lake view and enjoy the misty weather - room and toilet is clean - the staff there very good service and polite, they always have smile on their face - the food and dessert is really good, although a-bit pricy but really worth for the money.

- the room is small and the bed is really not comfortable to sleep, the mattress is too soft and every time we move there will be have some noise, I am not sure is the bed frame problem or what. - the heat water sometimes come and sometimes go, so you having shower with cold and hot water in the same time - the lighting function keep on and off, not sure is the electric supply shortage or what - The soundproofing system is not good. I can hear the rustling of tables and chairs, the banging of things, and people talking outside all day long.

They have nothing to like only location....

The bed and room size is too small very tow people cannot adjust on bed......... Service r too slowly....... They don't coprate with tourists... They don't have umbrella....... Price is too costly acording to service
