Room size according to price. Room nd washroom was very small. Bed was also too small. Price was too high.

The property is located on the Mall road and you can enjoy the scenic view of Nainital Lake from the Hotel and the Hotel Cafe. However, the lake view rooms are always sold out. But still you can enjoy the view from each floor common area and the Hotel Cafe. Also at the night you can roam on the Mall road and enjoy walking on the road.

Rooms are little compact in size and Lake view rooms are not available.

Great location! The cafe had really nice vibes and good food.

While the staff were courteous and helpful, you could tell they were only doing it to get a hefty tip. It also gets very noisy, you can hear conversations from other rooms and the furniture being rearranged as really as 5:30am which wasn't pleasant. The room is pretty small and cramped, definitely not worth the price.
