What a welcoming place. Though it was christmas and everything about to close they had me as their only guest probably and tried to give me all I needed and more. A very friendly and supporting atmosphere in the midst of the town, close to the river and a public swimming pool. Many cafés and restaurants are close by but... you probably won't need them, because the coffee is very good right here and the meals also were delicious. If I ever come back to Slavonski Brod: this will be the destination.

The location and the well-kept room

I was informed that breakfast was at 7.30 (also confirmed by the book in the room). on my arrival I was told that breakfast was at 8. The wifi password was not available in the room. I went to reception and was told that I could find the document near the television cabinet but it wasn't there. The staff couldn't tell me which one it was. (there was a very good and kind young boy who was however really very busy and had probably only been working at the hotel for a short time). On the bookin.com page it is not specified that the hotel has a karaoke room. Unfortunately the very loud music continued until 1AM (when I asked to know when the karaoke would end I was told at midnight) and the silence continued much later when all the guests left the hotel
