The management called before 2 hours and said the room was damaged and not available for stay and said sorry . I think the management gave the room to someone else . Gave a lame excuse . Not reliable or recommend

"Our stay wasn’t good and the management needs to do really improve many aspects of the hotel amenities and its rooms."

The rooms were in ground floor .

The room bedsheets weren’t clean and they had stains . The room water heater took more than 3 hours to provide hot water , it looks very old and it definitely requires refurbishment . The room Air-condition didn’t work and they had to send an electrician to clean before it can run smoothly. The hotel breakfast on the first day was not sufficient for the hotel residents, the breakfast timings were 8 :00and 9:00 but by 8:30 most of the items were over and when we requested to refill they just provided some items which only 2 of us out of 3 could have, at the end we had to order food outside and had it in our room . A note to management please ensure that your hotel customers have sufficient breakfast and ensure to replenish to ensure it caters to all customers . The food is ordered from outside and it wasn’t good. There are really good hotels nearby please provide quality food for the customers. Overall our stay wasn’t good especially there were 2 elderly people above 65 and this place needs more care and management . The bed was too small for my parents and it had 2 single beds and they had to join it together to make it comfortable. Also there were no staff when we came to checkin and there were other workers who helped to get the forms and show the rooms. Please ensure you have a reception running to manage checkins. Unfortunately we will not stay again .
