It was a beautiful hotel.

It was very warm. Couldn't get the thermostat to go lower. It was very uncomfortable.

very beautiful area, cleanliness, very good food, clean and uncrowded swimming pools

the fact that they charge you if you want to check in 1-2 hours earlier, which was not practiced before the pandemic

the location is splendid :)

over the years the spa services decline a lot, unfortunately

Excellent rooms, spacious and really clean. Breakfast was brilliant. Great selection We ate in the evening too. Truly stunning food. Cooked to perfection and lots to choose from. Something for all palates. Spa was great, really tranquil and relaxing. All staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is amazing and whilst we stayed in February we will come back again in the warmer months to enjoy fuller all the facilities this hotel has to offer. Had a lovely evening walk around the grounds though. Really well designed and nice to take a gentle stroll

No kettle / tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which I I found odd. We asked at reception and they did provide us a kettle, but we had to use our own supplies to make hot drinks. Vast majority of signs in Hungarian, which wasn't necessarily an issue for us as my wife is Hungarian. However, anyone else would struggle to understand the signage and information around the hotel. Only minor things these I know, didn't detract from a fabulous stay, but letting others know just in case
