no hot water for bath, and no bath towel, I asked to receptionist..but not give, floor staff said that...all towels give to washing, now no more towels

Location was near by bus station

Not clean, No electricity, Can't look the washroom, No light in washroom, Staff very rude. Staying with family is not good. Give extra money also
