Hotel Piano

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz zu reservieren ist gut und sollte genutzt werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit Hund angereist, was kein Problen war, incl, Kuschelkissen und Wassernapf. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück einfach klasse.

The hotel has a beautiful and unique interior design with tasteful décor, and the reception area always smells pleasant. The location is excellent, right in the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions, restaurants, and services. The reception staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming—I interacted with three different employees during my stay, and all of them were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, including the carpet, with fresh linen, a quiet and efficient air conditioner, cable TV with a good selection of Hungarian channels, and fast internet. I also received a very good rate through Booking, making it excellent value for money. As I am a light sleeper, I requested a quiet room, and the hotel kindly accommodated my request by giving me a top-floor room overlooking the garden rather than the street, which I appreciated.

Although the hotel tried to provide a quiet room, the soundproofing is unfortunately quite poor. I could clearly hear people in the corridor, doors being slammed, and even conversations from the neighboring room. A couple next door argued throughout the night, and I could hear much of what they were saying. The toilet could have been cleaner, as could the curtains and armchair. The desk chair was wobbly, and both the TV and air-conditioning remote controls were dusty. The shower would benefit from a curtain, as water easily spreads across the bathroom floor. A kettle, mug, and a selection of tea would also be welcome additions. In addition, only a very small amount of shower gel was provided. Overall: Despite some maintenance and soundproofing issues, this is a pleasant hotel with friendly staff, attractive décor, an excellent central location, and good value for money. If you are fortunate to have quiet neighbors, you can enjoy a comfortable and restful stay.

Zentrale Lage Innenstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Hof (11€). Betten bequem Zimmer ruhig und groß. Frühstück reichhaltig.

Alles perfekt wir kommen gern wieder
