Location near to my event place

So much.. dimly lit room, cleanliness, smelly sheets, blanket full of spots and smell, dirty and smelly pillow, bathroom so dirty and some cockroaches came out of the drain, clogged sink etc etc

too old not suitable for family, most likely a brothel house . building needs a renovation, refurbished the whole lot. good location but a no zone for decent people 😬
