The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. To our pleasant surprise, our room was upgraded to an executive room. The bed, TV, wardrobe, and bathroom were all in good condition and well maintained. The TV was a smart TV, which allowed us to access our favorite apps—this was especially helpful for my child, who could watch his favorite cartoons without using a mobile phone or tablet. I did not use the spa facilities, so I cannot comment on them. The swimming pool is quite small—suitable for children or a quick dip for adults, but not ideal for swimming laps. The food, including breakfast and snacks, tasted good; however, the breakfast spread was quite limited. Cleanliness was consistently maintained, which is highly appreciable. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to visit nearby beaches, restaurants, and local attractions. Overall, the atmosphere was calm and pleasant, contributing to a relaxing stay. Additionally, the property has good parking space, accommodating approximately 6–7 cars (possibly more), which is commendable given the congested surroundings and the busy Candolim street that begins immediately outside the main gate.

Overall, the experience was very good, and there were no major issues. However, a few facilities could be improved or modernized to further enhance guest comfort. With some minor improvements, the overall experience could be even better. While I appreciated that the wardrobe and storage spaces were well maintained, hangers for clothes were not provided. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, the breakfast spread was quite limited; however, the food tasted good, so there were no complaints regarding quality.
