Great location, and its easy access to all tourist spots. Since building is located inside the layout, it was very peaceful also. Breakfast was average, and can give change the menu of each day. We love the wild animal theme room designs. Our children enjoyed reading room and discussion room. Front office lady staff and security staff were polite and welcoming.

All good. Nothing to highlight.

During a recent stay with my family, we found the experience at this hotel to be quite underwhelming, especially given the premium price. The staff’s demeanor was far from welcoming, leaving us feeling uncomfortable throughout our visit. Breakfast, which should have been a pleasant start to the day, was poorly managed, with limited options and subpar service. This further detracted from what we had hoped would be an enjoyable family getaway. While the property may boast high-end pricing, the quality of service and overall experience fell significantly short of expectations. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Calm and Clean

Big, light and airy spaces in the public area, as was the bedroom. Comfy bed, good wifi and air con. Hotel was quiet when we were there. The majority of the staff were helpful and welcoming. It’s a bit out of town, but we chose it for this reason, hoping it would be a bit quieter. It was just a short ride into town and easy to get a tuk tuk in either direction.

The man who checked us in was very surly. He didn’t even look at us, and only spoke to ask for our passports. I think we were the only guests there and he put us on edge from the outset. Later in the restaurant when we were waiting for our food, he came in and stared at us for a while (there was no one else there), then said something about us to the waiting staff that changed their behaviour. We didn’t need to understand what was said to know it was contemptuous. It was obviously a very uncomfortable experience, for us and the waiting staff. I had emailed the hotel three times prior to our stay but didn’t have a response to any of them. One of the emails was to request we extend our stay by a further two nights. As it was, we had booked and paid for two nights, but left after the first. It is a real pity because the place is very nice and the rest of the staff were great. It just goes to show what a negative impact just one individual can have on a guest’s experience.
