Exhaust fan in bathroom is needed

Location is the advantage as its jut 10 mins walk from the NJP railway station & we were there as we arrived late and had a 5:30 am train to catch. The A/C rooms were relatively new with good set up but geyser malfunctioning is a big NO. Management seems complaisant.

TV was not operational. Split AC remote was not working in one room (209) so you can't switch off the A/C if room gets too cold. Worst was geyser was not working, so no hot water available when you have to take a bath at 5 am in the morning for catching a train. If they could address these basic issues stay would be fine. Plenty of eateries outside & also in room food service is there, so food can be managed. The lift door when open makes loud noise that is quite disturbing for the neighboring rooms. A little for customer care & friendliness could make this lodge attractive.
