Nothing except the first day when the staff was willing to help

Everything...once they got the money their services were not good. They had hot water in all the taps in the bathroom which was very inconvenient and they did not have any control system in the bathroom. Clients can get burns because if this.

"Great location if you're coming by train. Modern and clean with helpful staff."

the New Bharti is very close to the station - ideal if you are arriving on a very late train as we were. The staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious with good storage. Almost everything worked. the restaurant within the hotel is good although there's plenty of choice around.

The hot water was a little patchy. Breakfast not served before 0800 but there is a VG roadside dosa stall opposite.

The rooms were clean and nice. Good for a budget friendly stay.

There is no hot water available at all times.
