L'emplacement le fait que ce soit en bord de mer était appréciable.

L'établissement n'est pas très beau que ce soit de l'extérieur encore que ce soit le plus agréable. L'intérieur en revanche était bien différent des photos: sale, pas de TV comme indiqué sur la photo, salle de bain salle également, avec pour couronner le tout un trou dans le plafond de la salle de bain avec accès direct au toit, super pour la venu des insectes.

The location is good, that’s the only reason I chose it at the first place.

AC wasn’t working at my room and my friend’s room at all even we set the temperature to 17, blood stains on the towels, there’s no shampoo and body wash so you gotta bring your own, all the facilities has been used for ages, you may want to leave as soon as you arrive here, could be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed. Also, don’t buy the sate chicken skewers or beef balls at the entrance of the hotel. The vendors will ripe off rip you off 100%. That’s all I got.

For accomodation opposite kuta beach, with a clean and well maintained swimming pool, hot water, AC,, a tv and very helpful staff (thanks Kenzo) I don't think you will find better value in kuta. It is a hotel that has faded previous glamour e.g. there is a bar there that now has bottles completely covered in dust. But it is easy walking distance to all the glam eating and drinking.. no need for a scooter and has security guards at both gates to the beach. It felt very secure. Garden is very well maintained.

Everything was old.. like the chairs around the pool. Seems like there are a couple of different accommodation there so there were people wandering through.. not ideal.

Staff are friendly and helpful, large swimming pool, right on the beach.

The rooms are very old and need repairs, electrical outlets hanging out of the wall, the door has a piece of plywood securing the door lock after previous damage.

Everything! It was not as advertised. The rooms and pool area are in very bad condition and complaining was useless!!
