Outstanding location, the best in the area.

Everything was perfect. They have the best view in sumbawa. The staff were very helpful and gave their best to make my stay one of the best I had in Indonesia. The food was all delicious and I would definitely come here again.

The swimming pool area is nice and the view. Its pretty good looking aswell from the outside. And Shushu, one of the staff was super nice.

Everything else, its super expensive for what they offer, at first the shower on my room wasnt draining the water. Also I booked this cause they say they have “High speed internet”, and I needed to work, but the wifi is almost never working, and its shared between all the rooms, basically unusuable even for whatsapp sometime, so I had to go on to restaurants and caffes to work, and they didnt care about at all for this, they didnt wanna cancell/refund my rest of the days, or even refund me some of all that I was spending having to work outside. They blamed booking, but I contact booking and they contacted them and they refuse to refund anything. They change my room for one for betterr wifi but wasnt really better. The food in the restaurant is really bad, they are not attentive, and once they took over 20 minutes to give me 3 scoops of icecream. (classic napolitan icecream). and its overpriced. (only good is they take card) The breakfast only has the food, they charge u 25k more for a ur drink of choice.
