Mad about Coco is rescuing dogs. They have 3-5 DOGS on their premises roaming around freely. Please book another place when you cannot tolerate dogs for any reason. Mad about Coco is an ADULT ONLY Boutique B&B. Mad about Coco has special house rules for GROUP RESERVATIONS. No parties and alcohol allowed on the premises. We don't tolerate NOISE (music, loud chatting) after 11pm. A full PREPAYMENT is mandatory. We don't accept payments for room reservations on-site. For any extra payments on-site only cash payments or UPI possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Unterkunft gut, Umgebung furchtbar."

Auf der Unterkunftsanlage entspannend. Kaffee- und Wasserbar 24/7. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer. Yoga auf Dachterrasse, diese auch für private Leibesertüchtigungen nutzbar. Weitere Dachterrasse zum gemütlichen Tagesausklang.

Wenn man zu Fuß anreist, also die Klippe entlang läuft, ist die Unterkunft eingedenk unzureichender Beschilderung super schlecht zu finden; wir haben uns daher verlaufen und dadurch 50 Minuten verloren. Das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war das schlechteste der ganzen Reise, sonst aßen wir nämlich authentisch bei den "Locals". Die ganze Umgebung ("North Cliff") ist übertouristisch und definitiv nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man Massentourismus, durchgehendes Angequatsche durch Verkäuferinnen bzw. Verkäufern und wie gesagt schlechtes Essen umgehen möchte.

Great location and attached restaurant was best place to eat during our stay! Very helpful staff helping us book a taxi to the airport. Yoga on the roof!

The bathroom doesn’t have the best ventilation so takes a long time for wet room to dry. Rooms bit dark but has the outside balcony/terrace so not too bad!

"Best stay"

Loved their service and hospitality. They are very much understanding. One of the best locations to book a resort as it is very much safe for women to stay and go around varkala, given their wonderful ambience. Their breakfast combos are a must try. They are very friendly and the stay is pet friendly. They are more than willing to help travel and explore Varkala for the ones who have no idea on how or where to start. Their location is prime and centre to most areas and a secured route to the Varkala Cliff region. They will be the ones we reach out if we visit once again.
