Hotel Ganga Aatitheyam

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Food was very good.

As this is an old hotel requires a little maintenance. A few things were not in good condition The wall plaster was coming out at a few places in the room.

cleanliness in the washrooms. Lot of putty were pasted in bathrooms which were visible and giving bad feel

Loved the rooms... very clean, cosy... table wares and bath accessories were perfect... washrooms are serviced regularly... ACs worked really well... Ganga view from the dining hall was out of world!! Foods were tasty and served on time!!

Designated smoking corner inside the hotel premises should be set... visitors who are not local people do not prefer going out to the local shops

The location in the sense that holy dip was very convenient with the Ganges river just across the road. Well, there ends the liking.

Service was lamentable. The hotel did not provide buffet breakfast and most of the things mentioned in the menu were not available. Even they refused to provide any cutlery like plate, spoon etc. in the room. Totally unprofessional and discourteous.

Room service was to good excellent
