Good location. I was travelling with my parents and it was important for me to find a convenient place. The staff is very decent and helpful. It is situated right in the middle of mall road and requires no steep hill walking. Despite being on the mall road, the surrounding isn't crowded.

All the sheets and curtains need replacement. I was prepared for this issue as I saw this being highlighted in multiple comments before the travel. I had to carry my own pillow covers. It wasn't like the covers weren't washed but had some very old and resistant stains. Otherwise the hotel is a decent one.

Good location. Very polite and helpful staff.

Chargeable points in the room: only one. Partially sun-facing. Nothing boutique as claimed in the room. Overpriced: I expected a much larger room at Rs 3500 (Rs 2000 would be fair tariff). No restaurant, but food is served in the room.
