"Close to airport but improper maintenance"

The location, airport shuttle service Staff is very respectful. Owner is very warm and welcoming

The room was not as per the picture shown in the booking.com and the actual room was too small and not so clean. Had to pay extra and take an upgrade to get a better room. Found cockroaches in bed

"Very unwanted experience."

I need to talk with booing. Com customer service. Your rating system has no faith. 1) hotel distance is not close as stated. 2) noise as it is by a thru way.

Not a single thing. For airport to hotel charge I question about, also did not find proper registration at the counter.
