"This hotel is a scam. I don’t recommend to anybody."

Nothing

Hygiene was bad. Linen was stained. Staff were dirty. The hotel looked like a poorly maintained mess. No food till 11 am. I have not received the receipt for payment for the hotel.

Ok stay only

"I was extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The staff were rude and irresponsible, allowing us to check-in without proper organization, only to cancel the booking later and insist we stay. Despite this, the hotel has surprisingly good ratings. I request that reconsider suggesting this hotel to guests. The staff's behavior was unacceptable."
