Surya Haveli , Amer Fort Jaipur

Hôtel magnifique, très bien placé avec un personnel très sympathique et serviable. Super vue sur toute la ville et les murailles depuis le rooftop. Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient très bon.

Matelas et oreillers un peu trop fermes pour moi. Le wifi passe difficilement dans la chambre à cause de l'épaisseur des murs mais il fonctionne vraiment très bien dans les parties communes.

The staff were so attentive and flexible around our needs, we felt very well looked after during our stay. The room was very, very comfortable with a lovely view over the rooftops towards the fort, and the location was fantastic - just a few minutes walk to Amber Palace, the stepwell, and good restaurant options locally.

Good location just next to Amer fort. Charming and a pleasant hotel. Wanted to say thank you to Pankaj Singh for looking after us and ensuring that our specific dinner and diet requirements were fully met during our stay. The food was delicious 😋. The lamb and lentils were just perfect.

Some people might say the rooms are smaller than other hotels but for us it was just fine. No issues

This is a real haven just outside the busy city of Jaipur and perfect for visiting Amber Palace and Fort which is literally a 5 minute walk away. Set in an old Haveli, it is well decorated and very comfortable with sitting-out areas. The food - both dinner and breakfast -was excellent, especially for a small hotel like this. As it was February, it was a little too cold to have drinks/eat outside after dark but if you were there in hotter weather, the roof terrace would be a lovely place to have a drink, overlooking Amber Palace which is floodlit at night. The staff were very helpful and friendly and helped us to book an Uber to get us to the railway station for our onward journey

Nothing, it was exactly as we expected and hoped it would be.

Staff was nice and attentive, polite and accomodating. The rooms were small and bathrooms smelled like sewage. Food was inconsistently good They asked us to switch rooms after promising a deluxe room for our second night. They could not accommodate our reservation to our expectations so we need up switching hotels

Location was lovely, with stunning views of the Amber Fort from the roof. Located in the old capital, it was much quieter than Jaipur. The refurbishment of the haveli was to a high standard. Staff welcoming.

Our stay there and eating breakfast and 3 dinners there coincided with us getting 'Delhi belly' - which was disappointing given we had been in India for 4 weeks already and not really had any problems. Our room was a little cramped and I banged my shin badly on the bed when exiting the bathroom - we had to reorganise the room accordingly.
