The staff was helpful and friendly if you know how to speak Bahasa or Chinese. The given two stars were for the friendlyness of the young lady doing the check-in with us.

The just cleaned room was still dirty when we moved in. The floor still had a lot of hair stuck to it and the nightstand had old dry contact lenses glued to the top. Situated on the ground floor, just outside the "private entrance" door of our room, were food leftovers on the floor with an ant colony on top and around it. Next to or close to the beds are no power plugs. The rooms only have one original powerplug and later on, they installed an additional 3-plug one under the TV so they can power the TV. The AC is positioned to blow directly on the beds. The pillows were terrible. Thin and smelly. Surely not any hotelstandard I have ever seen. In the bathroom the toilet flush was not working. We immediately got assigned a new room, which was the same than the old one, including the dirty floor but with a working toilet. The silicon around the hand washing basin was already partly black and mouldy. The jets from the shower were only working 50%, the rest was clogged up. The shower handle was screwed to the wall. Paint in the bathroom is gone in many places and peeling off in others. The rooms are quite big. But not as you would expect from a hotel were there any sitting and table arrangements, no, they put in an additional bed, as one would expect in a hostel for a group of people sharing a room. The entrance is through the restaurant, where at 13:30 still visible breakfast leftovers on all of the tables, which have not even been wiped after the guests left. No lunch guests. No reception desk, just a table from the breakfast room where they conduct the check-in, and no one speaking English. The price was higher than in some hotels in Labuan Bajo, but the quality of the offered services do not even compare to that of some of the hostels in Labuan Bajo. Checked out after one night due to unclean room, uncomfortable bed, unclean bathroom, unclean "terrasse" area with food leftovers on the floor.

The rooms were clean.

The location was 20 minutes walk from the city center.

Quick walk from the airport and 25 min walk to the main strip. The host, Maggie, was quite helpful and also packed us an early morning breakfast to go :)

Posizione comoda, si può raggiungere a piedi sia l'aeroporto che la città. Letti molto comodi e stanza spaziosa dotata di tutti i servizi necessari.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, leckeres Frühstück, familiär und freundlich. Zimmer wurden sauber gemacht. In 10 Minuten ist man sehr gut in die Stadt gekommen. Wir waren dort vor unserer Komodo Tour.
