Staff where welcoming

Very tired and run down hotel . Facilities like TV did not work. Breakfast was stingy and poor quality Infurstucter pool walk ways and chairs very poor standard I do not like leaving bad reviews but fellow travellers should know this is little better than a hostel . Proximately to mosque means you are woken by loud speakers at dawn each morning.

Area was small but there was a pool and you could even swim there if wanted :) Restaurant was open-door and was very good for local foods (did not try any other). There was a pool table so also nice activity to do. Personnell was very friendly and helpful! Room was big; simple but clean and all was there.

Breakfast was very simple but you had some choice. Breakfast box that was given on early leaving was poor.

The food we had was great! The rooms were comfortable.

The uneven stairs, and there were many made it very difficult for a person with a disability.

Fijne plek, lieve mensen én met zwembad. Centraal in labuanbajo, alles is beloopbaar. Er is ook nog een spa. Ze dachten met me mee toen ik een dagje langer wilde blijven

Kamers zijn een beetje gedateerd

Very nice room, with a small and private balcony. The honeymoon decoration was awesome, the best we had in the whole trip! <3 Breakfast very good, the pool was also clean and good. They have a spa, so we got a good massage, recommended.

Nothing, they were all very helpful and helped booking car to the airport and so on.

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST EXPERIENCE

Entrance -security lock does not work Living room -torn up curtains -no sheer curtain -major stains on curtain -no air conditioning in living room -slider door no screen -no tv in living room -can’t have any airflow because no screens -cushions on couch torn Kitchen -no sponge to wash dishes -no dish soap -only dishes were coffee cups and spoons and glasses -no plates, bowls, no forks, knives -cabinets didn’t close properly -only decaffeinated coffee available for our room Bathroom -sink doesn’t drain Balcony -non existent Patio -an ugly rooftop -no chairs until we asked -no outdoor table -no privacy Bedroom -dresser drawers got stuck on each other Gym -no water in water cooler -phone not working -wipes to clean machines completely dried out -air freshener under air conditioner so strong we had to leave the door open -TV has no remote so can’t turn on Front Desk Staff -friendly Manager -friendly at first but unwilling to work with us to get us a better room or provide compensation
