It's a bit shady Taking 5 days full payment isn't ethical on the day of checkin

Nothing, it was a nightmare. Staff were polite n helpful

Broken windows, lizard in bathroom, unclean bed n linen, pillows not clean and not at all comfortable

They are cheater they scam u n ask u book new room when u reach at property n deny that ur never booked .

I was shocked to find out that the hotel rooms shown in pictures/images are not at all from the same hotel. The rooms in real life are very untidy, not at all as shown in pictures and are not furnished completely. In my room, there was no TV. I was not provided with the basic essentials in the room such as towels, soaps, hand wash, etc. They have misled people by sharing good and completely different pictures, although the hotel rooms in real are not ever similar to the ones shown in the picture. The rooms are just like some creepy, untidy, unfurnished, place.

Have not been provided with breakfast

I booked the room in 850 but when I reached at hotel they refused to give me a room and charged Rs 300 more then the booked price. When I paid that extra amount then they gave me a room.
