We had a very unpleasant experience with the office staff. They were unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of assisting, they were rude and dismissive, making the entire process frustrating. Poor communication and a lack of responsibility only added to the bad experience.we expected better service and professionalism, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I would not recommend dealing with this office unless serious improvements are made.. 😤

Staff service behaviour

The staff was courteous and helpful.

At least you can keep tea set inside the room.

The room was maintained clean and the staff were helpful. They allowed us to stay till 4 pm even though the check out time was 12 pm.

It was expensive for the size of the room and room facilities, probably because of peak season.

The hotel manager was little rude. Did not like the attitude , the way he was talking with customer.
