"Booked the hotel because it was mentioned lake view. The only view we got was next apartment wall. The first room we got"

Only the location was good.

Bathroom commode was broken. Bed sheets were not properly cleaned. No water at night. 2 days in a row. Charged extra for parking, no dedicated parking. WiFi speed was too bad.

We left on the 2nd day of our stay due to fact that there were cockroaches in 2 out of 3 rooms we have reserved and in one room there was a leakage through a pipe of rain water in the bathroom.
