"The Stay was fine."

I would say this hotel is in a very good location for people who are taking flights from Nedumbassery airport. Very close to the airport. There is no restaurant in the hotel which is the case for many average hotels in this area. But restaurants are available very close by, also food delivery service is also there.

"I will not book room in this property ever and I will discourage my relatives and friends also."

NOTHING.

1. I stayed in the room for two days and no one is cleaned the room ever. 2. Only one bath towel for the two guests, I ASKED THE STAFF TO PROVIDE ONE MORE BUT DID NOT RECEIVE. 3. NO POWER SUPPLY FOR THE TV AND NO SOCKET FOR CONNECTING LAPTOP. 4. IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNTRAINED STAFF.
