Hotel was in a very dirty state. The alloted room wasn't cleaned even after telling the staff a lot of times. Location was pathetic. Worst staff ever met. Very rude and careless.

1.I Booked it through booking.com ( paid for breakfast and dinner also ). But there is no food facilities at the hotel. I shown my booking including food option ( with breakfast and dinner )to staff but they said there is no kitchen / food facilities. 2. The room was not clean at all ( worst ) , AC and TV was not functioning. 3. There is no toiletries ( it is mentioned on booking.com ) / there is zero facilities. Atleast pls refund my extra money of food

Worst behaviour of staff, rooms full of spit marks and spider webs. And no AC TV working. No fan and curtain present. They charged twice than booking price and didn't refund the amount when we didn't want to stay because of the condition of the room. The environment of the hotel is too bad I swear

There is nothing in this property to be liked about.

1. I think they haven't clean the rooms since it has been established. So dirty rooms 2. Washbasin water tap was not working. 3. In booking it was mentioned breakfast included, actually this hotel doesn't have a kitchen itself. So fake promises. 4. Photos are completely different from the real rooms 5. I had the booking for two days, but checked out after 1st day, as it was impossible to stay at this hotel. 6. You can not lock the room while going out.
