Horrible hotel, couldn’t sleep at all. Whole night they were moving furniture above our room and didn’t stop even after we asked them multiple times. Also the room had strong smell of paint.

Excellent housekeeping staff, helpful reception staff and special mention to F&B staff at their breakfast place - Ms. Anjali who was courteous and helpful for the first time traveler like me to Lucknow to explain local shopping places, delicacies etc.

Banquets disrupt the silence, got woken up midnight by a phone call from reception, apparently someone complained that our room was noisy without even personally checking whether it’s indeed the case!!

Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms.
