Exceptional service, especially by Manoj. Our luggage got lost on our flight, he took every effort to make sure it would reach us again, even after leaving the hotel. Also, they booked our safaris for us and made sure we were ready and picked up at the right time.

The private room was clean, with enough space, the beds were comfortable and the shower was nice with hot water. As well it was silent at night even with the window in direction to the main road.

The people were very friendly and helpful, thats the best part of this place.

Bed sheets were dirty, you could wee stains.. dust under beds. So not very acceptable for european standards. But it was 1 night so we didn't complain much as it was a cheap booking.

Cleanliness of rooms such as hair in bathrooms and stained sheets etc.

The staff were very friendly! We arranged our tiger safari through them and it was wonderful. Good communication for the booking via whatsapp. They organised us to go on 2 different safari tours, pick up was from the hotel.

The rooms were not very clean, the sheets and towels were stained. Saw hairs on the sheets when we arrived. Some mould in the bathroom.

Big recommendation, the staff is wonderful, very friendly and outgoing! Clean and big rooms, big toilet with a shower and warm water. I even had a chance to meet the boss and spend some time with him, such a good hearth, great person!! My best stay experience in India by far!
