No breakfast included in the rent. But there is a good restaurant adjacent. Good locality and easy to access. Room size and facility is value for the rent paid. Staff are cordial and understands our requirement and response immediately. Excellent service by the Staff managing the Reception counter

This is the fourth time I am staying in this hotel. But this time, neatness in the room was not up to expectation. House flies (eecha in Malayalam) and Cockroach/insects were seen in the room which was a little annoying. But still last time, we had no room for complaint and our stay was excellent. That was why I opted for this budget friendly stay.

The hotel was located at handy distance from the railway station.

Let me express my deep dissatisfaction with the conditions of the room I was allocated. The room and toilet are extremely small and congested, making it very uncomfortable. The overall hygiene standards are severely lacking; the white towel provided has already turned black, which raises concerns about cleanliness, and I am worried it was washed in that condition. There is dust everywhere, and the room smells terrible. Basic facilities are missing or inadequate, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the bed sheet and pillow cover are stained and appear not to have been washed properly. I request immediate action to address these issues.
