Our stay at Pine & Peak Hotel in Pahalgam was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care that made us feel right at home. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional hospitality extended by the entire team, especially the Front Desk Manager, Nisar. His attentiveness, responsiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. Whether it was assisting with requests, ensuring a seamless check-in, or simply making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, Nisar exemplifies what great hospitality should look like. The staff, overall, were incredibly courteous and always eager to help, creating an environment that felt both luxurious and personal. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfectly complements the serene charm of Pahalgam. Every detail, from cleanliness to service, was handled with care. I would highly recommend Pine & Peak to anyone visiting Pahalgam, and I look forward to returning soon.

Great location but felt rooms were too congested for what it’s charged … else great location and great staff … worth visiting

Great ambience, very helpful and courteous staff, great food selection , great rooms.

The price point is quite high.

The thermostat for heating was not working. It could not be adjusted.

This was a flawless experience in every way; location, cleanliness, service, food and hospitality were all at such a level of perfection that it has become one of our favourite hotel stays of all time.

The only sad thing was that we had to leave :)))
