The location and the staff were very helpful and took care of all the room needs very well.

The location is a plus point of this Hotel. It is very close to Assi ghat and is centrally located to visit kedar ghat, harishchandra ghat and Vishwanathji temple. Dugra Kund is at a walkable distance. Staff is very good and polite, they help you with cab bookings, mandir darshan etc. The only point that one needs to bear in mind is food. Though you have some 2-3 outlets near by close to Assi ghat, but major eating outlets are in and around Dashashwamedh ghat. Overall a very good place to live for few days in Kashi

SCAM! STATE ATTENTI Esperienza terribile! Sono davvero mortificata a dover dare un punteggio così basso a una struttura ma non mi è MAI capitato nella mia esperienza di viaggi una situazione del genere. Partiamo dall’arrivo in hotel dove, al check in ci danno le chiavi della nostra stanza e appena varcata la soglia siamo rimasti interdetti dato che la stanza dataci era un’altra rispetto a quella prenotata. La stanza che avevo prenotato era una matrimoniale con soggiorno e balcone mentre quella dataci era una stanza minuscola con due letti separati….. Il mio compagno è sceso in reception per far notare l’errore, ma essendoci difficoltà nel dialogare in inglese con la reception dopo qualche minuto veniamo chiamati dal “manager” dell’hotel che ci avverte che la nostra stanza è stata data ad altri ospiti!! Mi fa comunque pagare la stessa cifra della matrimoniale!! Prezzi troppo alti per i servizi offerti!!!! (160€ circa per 2 notti) Il manager si propone quindi di offrirci una cena per scusarsi ma su 5 piatti ordinati ne sono arrivati 3…con un’ora di ritardo e con la compagnia di qualche topolino…inoltre il bar non è nella stessa struttura ma a fianco ad essa. Inoltre la zona è sì centrale ma super trafficata! E molto molto chiassosa! Da far fatica a dormire. Le foto che vengono fatte vedere sui siti NON SONO VERE!!!

The property was close to the Ganges/ghats and other local attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee. Rooms has a separate living area which was nice to have for relaxing.

I recently stayed at this hotel located at Assi Chauraha. While the location can be a bit noisy due to its proximity to the main road, it’s very convenient for transportation—autos and cabs are easily available. It's also just a 5-minute walk to Assi Ghat, which is a big plus. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The food served was delicious, although I found it slightly expensive. The in-house café was a highlight—both the tea and coffee were excellent, but again, a bit on the pricier side. The staff deserves a special mention—they were friendly, courteous, and very supportive throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and amenities, especially if convenience and easy access to Assi Ghat are your priorities.

The only drawback was the frequent power outages in the Assi area. While the hotel has a generator backup, it only supports lights and fans—not the air conditioning. This was a bit inconvenient, especially during the summer when temperatures soar to around 40°C.
