Very helpful staff took us to the port next morning Good location for travelling to Java from Bali

Very Hot rooms Not sufficient bedding Shower broken

They kindly moved me to a new room when I sat on the bed and the 3mm ply under the matress cracked in half. Set back from the road. Quiet by Indo standards.

Very good place if you have to spend a night during your trip. The bed was comfortable and the room in general tidy. The staff very available and gentle

The breakfast can be improved The bathroom is not the best I've seen The price is quite high considering the location and the room (no hot water)

The staff - super friendly

The rooms are hot and stuffy, the beds fall apart, the fans fall of the walls, wifi doesn’t work, breakfast consists of a toastie with no contents. Overall pretty bad

Staff were friendly and helpful

Unprepared when we arrived. No tea coffee facilities in the room. Convenient location, but noisy from traffic in main road (all night) to the ferry.

+ despite not speaking English well, the owners/workers were super friendly and always helped us if we had a question + room was big + air conditioner worked very well + Personnel helped us getting to the ferry in time at time

- at night it was loud, from people inside the facility? We didn't look for them, but it kept us awake at night - breakfast has to be improved!. Small cup of tea and a dry sandwich toast with chocolate?. Better than nothing, but I'd maybe add a small menu for the future (e.g. choose between the chocolate toast, Nasi goreng, toast with egg and add a fruit platter), as the hotel is not cheap - was kind of expensive for what has been offered compared to other places to stay
