二つベッドの部屋を、高かったけど、頼んだら、ダブルベッドでした。写真で選んで、3人用を選んだのに、部屋が違うと言っても、この部屋しかないの一点張りで、じゃあ高い分値引きしてと言ってもそれもでいないとのことで、交渉して、チェックアウトを遅くしてもらいましたが、交渉疲れしました。なぜ高い値段を出して、安い部屋に泊まらせられるか、意味がわかりません。もめたので、ずっと気分悪かったです。部屋には、トイレットペーパーもドライヤーもありません。最後に出るときも、スーツケースも持ってくれなくて、最低です。廊下のエレベーターすぐそばは、掃除のバケツが、ずっと置いてありました。二度と行きたくありません。

There was a cockroach and 2 other insects in the apartment. Molded curtains. We had to change rooms due to a mistake that the staff made.
